The 8 module strategy gets you to start allocating time every week to the business side of things, so by the time we are done you are already well and truly use to putting time aside to ensure your success.
The 8 modules can be done over our 2-day Beauty Business Bootcamp with Melanie or you can do the 8 modules in your own time over a 4 or 8 week course. We know you are busy, so we have scheduled our courses this way to make it DO-able on your terms. We do a 1hour live workshop once a week for the 4 and 8 module courses to check in with progress.

Module 1. Candidness
Here we take a good look at your existing business or the idea of your new business. There is a no BS policy in this module. Here we need to be completely honest about where we are at financially, with our business skills, what we are doing that works and what we are doing that doesn't work. Lying or pretending won't get you anywhere. You need to free up space and allow your business and ideas to flourish. When we have our head in the sands and don't know our numbers, are late with all our bills and we are stressed as we have overspent, because there was no budget in place. These stresses keep up bogged down and our mindset is in survival mode not success mode, here we come face to face with our fears of maybe not being enough, knowing enough or that nasty unwanted I'm not good enough and we free ourselves to be aware, make change and get on top, really start believing YOU can do this. Because YOU CAN! I'm not here to judge but we need to accept our current position and situation to make the choice to move forward and create success around us. Once we are aware of what holds us back, we can make change!
Module 2 & Module 3 Clarity: Purpose, Brand and Goals
Clarity is power
This is a big one and broken over two modules.
We start by getting clear on your purpose the Why behind what you do. Knowing this gives you strength and a great way to deliver your marketing and sales strategy. It’s your passion the driving force behind your business and the gateway to your success. We need clarity around your purpose, goals and brand (personal or business) these are our basic foundations. The Who we are, The Why we are doing it, The Where we are headed and The How we stand behind what we do. When we Gain clarity the way forward becomes clearer and no matter what is thrown at us – there are always challenges in business, they we will be a bump in the road not a mountain to climb as we know what and why we are trying to achieve our goals. When selling our skill or craft when it comes from a place of passion and enthusiasm the consumer, audience or client will be much more inclined to be aligned and excited by what you have to offer rather than a sale driven by fear or a hard sell.
Module 4 & Module 5 Construct Goals/ Marketing /sales / social strategies
Once you know what you’re about, and you have clarity constructing a strategy, it is much easier and enjoyable. We need to road map the how you are going to get to your goals and reach them. What is achievable and within what time frame and they need to be realistic and measured. We need to be aware of the process of reaching a goal all of the tiny mini goals along the way to the big one. This enables us to be aware of what’s working in the process and also what may not be working so you can make changes quickly to be able to take the steps to reaching your goals. In creating your big goals when broken down into mini goals we will need to incorporate, Marketing strategy, sales strategy and a social strategy.
We work out here what type of marketing to use that’s cost effective and how to use a budget for marketing. And we need a sales strategy to ensure we are making money and reaching our financial goals along the way. The social strategy is now an integral part of any business. We choose the platforms best suited to your business and work out a strategy to market across them. You will find that all of the strategies together form the big picture – big goals. But we need to break them down, so we are clear what we need to achieve.
Module 6 Creative thinking
There are structures and formats to getting your business foundations strong but using your skills as a creative and thinking outside the box will make you stand out and get noticed,
We teach you how to get into your creative zone! Think about how everyone else does things and how you can do it better or different. How can you utilise your skill set to really shine and allow your client, consumer or audience to get to know you and remember you?
Module 7 Communicate
If no one knows about you, you won’t work, so it’s important to get out there, “Your past clients are an easy target for your marketing as they know and understand your brand already. So many people forget about them and are constantly looking for new clients. Use your database that you already have for a soft sell and then work at creating new clients. We teach you how to create a database on free platforms and create marketing material to bring your strategy to life.
Module 8 Consistency & Celebrate
When building trust with clients, customers and your audience, it is imperative that your message and your brand is consistent across your social platforms, websites and EDMs. Consistency is key for building brand trust. We teach you how to ensure your brands message (head on back to clarity) and deliver it across the different platforms and then we Celebrate
taking a moment to give yourself the time to appreciate reaching your goals, so there is a true sense of satisfaction and a full circle from start to finish. Then you are free to create new goals! But before we create a new set of goals this is where we evaluate what we have done and learn from it. What could we do better to save time, energy and money? What did we do well can? Can we expand on that? What did our customers enjoy?
